DESCRIPTION:
Here we have a super 25 drawer oak haberdashery display counter. The counter dates from the 1920s it stands on tapered legs. A 25-drawer haberdashery counter in quite rare they don’t come up to often and this one is of top-quality having oak fronts and sides all round to the drawers with wooden handles and the original brass label holder frames. We have fitted a new laminated glass top as the other was quite foggy with continuous use. This is a very sturdy counter display cabinet which will give years of use yet both in a commercial setting as well as domestic. These haberdashery cabinets are very popular now in domestic kitchens set as an island some having granite tops made and put on others left with the laminated glass, they are also great in-home studios and offices but equally useful in confectioners, bakers and other outlets such as boutiques and gift shops and other such premises that want to create an exciting and interesting interior.

WORKSHOP REPORT:
This counter is in great condition it obviously is not perfect it has had years of continuous use so does show signs of previous ownership as you would expect.
One of the label holders is missing but not an issue.
It has been given a replacement laminated top.
It has had a good clean and polish and all the old advertising stickers removed.
